Office Services Clerk (Law Firm) Location Denver, CO (Union Station area) :

OFFICE SERVICES POSITION

PART TIME - (25 hours or less per week.) No benefits.

Hours: 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Duties:

• Filling copiers and periodically checking throughout the day
• Stocking paper cabinets around office and copy rooms
• Get daily U.S. mail and distribute
• Drop mail at post office and overnight mail boxes
• Handle office filing
• Copying projects
• Binding projects
• Local deliveries (walking distance & via car)
• Flexibility to help with occasional projects at other hours

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Some IT knowledge
• Ability to move paper and file boxes (up to 50 pounds)
• Own car for local deliveries

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

• High school or equivalent (Required)
