A law firm in Dallas, TX is currently hiring an experienced Office Assistant/District Administrative Assistant (DAA) to join their team! In this role, the Office Assistant/District Administrative Assistant (DAA) will be responsible for provides support for daily office operations, client meetings, and firm events by managing office supplies, coordinating conference room setups, handling vendor communications, and assisting with office maintenance. Additionally, the DAA is responsible for preparing and posting Board meeting agendas, coordinating meeting arrangements, following up on pending documents, and ensuring proper communication with Board members and clients.

Salary: $50,000-$60,000/annually

• Minimum 5 years of professional work experience with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines with attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor and appearance with the ability to interact effectively with various individuals.
• Capability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform intensive typing.
