About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Administrator to manage office operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials.
• Assist with team requests, including equipment, conference rooms, and office needs.
• Perform data entry and maintain databases to keep information up to date.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate office events, meetings, and team summits.
• Support onboarding for new hires and contractors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
