Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire OT for Per Diem positions.

• Area 1: Boston, South Boston, South End, Dorchester, Roxbury, W. Roxbury, Mattapan, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale 
• Area 2: Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Braintree, Brockton 
• Area 3: Cambridge, Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Somerville, Charlestown 
• Area 4: Lynn, Chelsea, Revere, Everett, Malden, Medford, East Boston, Winthrop, Melrose 
• Area 5: Andover, N. Andover, Billerica, Burlington, Woburn, Wilmington, Chelmsford, Dracut, Haverhill, Lawerence, Lowell 

  Qualifications of OT include:

• Hands-on therapy experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities of OT include:

• Provide professional therapy care to clients in their homes.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients’ regarding their disease processes and treatments.
• Review, implement and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy care. 
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, caregivers in care delivery.
