Location: Williamstown Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Williamstown, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | Any 5 Days with Weekend Rotation | No On-Call
Pay: Competitive hourly rate

What You’ll Do
Assist in carrying out treatment plans developed by an Occupational Therapist
Guide patients through exercises and tasks to support strength, mobility, and daily function
Track and document patient progress accurately
Support use of adaptive equipment and techniques to improve independence
Teach patients and caregivers how to continue exercises and use equipment at home
Communicate regularly with the care team to ensure coordinated support
What You’ll Need
Active OTA license in the state of Massachusetts
Driver’s license or reliable transportation
One or more years experience as an OTA is required
Compassionate, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
