About the Role:

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their recovery and rehabilitation processes. Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.

Responsibilities:

• Assist occupational therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and activities with clients to promote skill development.
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate clients and their families on exercises and activities to be performed at home.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment, ensuring all equipment is safe and functional.
