\n \n\n \nThe Foodservice Contracts Manager manages Nutritional Services System Purchasing function and acts as a Nutritional Services expert and resource for contract management. Serves as a liaison between purchasing, vendors, campuses and AHS Corporate. Ensures purchasing compliance through the effective implementation of parameters for standardization. Manages contracted vendors, advantages product and cost-saving opportunities, and ensures new product implementation meets purchasing and contractual requirements. Analyzes purchasing data for best practices and provides reports to the Business Resource Manager. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
