Job Description

Korzen Health is working with Baptist Forth Smith MC with the partnership of Healogics to add a full time NP to our outpatient wound care center.

We offer Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen (HBO) Therapy training. You will have a full-team in place from the initial start date. The Wound Care Center is an Academic Affiliated program.

You must have 2+ years of NP experience in a procedural environment (i.e. urgent care, wound care, specialist medical office). We may be able to substitute similar RN experience in lieu.

Scope of Practice Includes:

• Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!
• Team will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.
• Team will average around 9-10 patients per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. We expect the patient volume to increase to 15 patients in the future
• Facility has 4 rooms with a team of 3 nurses and case manager
• EMR
• Monday- Friday 8am-5pm- 40 hours a week. No Nights, No Call, No weekends.
• Compensation Model is base salary with bonus plan in place.
• You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner and Experience Requirements:

• Must be Board-Certified
• DEA License
