Job Title: NetSuite Project Manager / Developer & System Admin
Location: Conway, AR (Clark Manufacturing Site)
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 (for a Senior role) + 5% performance bonus + up to $10k for relocation (some flexibility)
Position Type: Full-time, In-Person
Overview: Our client is seeking a versatile individual who can either be a Project Manager with strong NetSuite experience or a NetSuite Developer & System Admin. The ideal candidate will be determined based on their skills and experience. This role is critical for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of a new manufacturing site in Conway, AR. The role will report to the "Command Center Leader" with a dotted line to IT, and post-implementation, it will report directly to the IT Organization.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the development, implementation, and management of IT systems at the new manufacturing site.
Work with functional users to ensure processes are followed and troubleshoot NetSuite issues.
Collaborate with the technology team to resolve technical issues.
Post-plant standup, act as the primary IT contact for the Conway sites.
Support IT initiatives across the IT organization (Boomi, NetSuite, MES, Labels).
Manage day-to-day operations, maintenance, and support of the NetSuite ERP system.
Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
Handle user account management, including roles, permissions, and security settings.
Integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.
Provide training and support to end-users.
Ensure system compliance with SOX404 standards and company policies.
Generate and deliver accurate reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
4+ years of NetSuite administration and configuration experience using modules such as ERP, CRM, SCM, and WMS.
Strong understanding of NetSuite security roles, permissions, and access control.
Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0).
Experience with NetSuite integration tools such as SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), Celigo, Boomi, and custom APIs.
Experience in data migration, cleansing, and mass data imports using CSV and SuiteScript.
Knowledge of NetSuite OneWorld for managing multiple subsidiaries and international operations.
Ability to manage NetSuite release cycles and system updates effectively.
Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and web technologies related to SuiteScript development.
Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
Experience with NetSuite Manufacturing modules, including Work Orders, Assemblies, BOMs, and Routings.
Experience in Manufacturing, preferably in a CPG environment.
Hands-on and willing to work with users on the operations floor in a manufacturing environment.
