Job Details Job Location Corporate - OKC, OK Remote Type Fully Remote Position Type Full Time Description Responsibilities Implement solutions with empathy of the end user in mind Analyze, define, document, implement, and improve in-house solutions as they relate to NetSuite Track, plan, and deliver solutions for ERP and MRP leveraging NetSuite Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and training material for end users. Build, communicate, and execute projects within the NetSuite ecosystem for finance, accounting, and manufacturing operations Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, the product group, and key stakeholders of the business Leverage JIRA and Trello to track, manage, and catalog work items, defects, resolutions as a part of an agile team Partner the technical implementation team to plan, develop, and operationalize in-house custom solutions as it pertains to NetSuite Manage and deliver escalated tickets from the Help Desk as they pertain to NetSuite Qualifications Qualifications Required Attending higher education for a Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related work experience 3+ Years of experience with the implementation, management and support of NetSuite 3+ Years of experience building and communicating roadmaps in a project-based environment Experience building forms, records, and custom workflows for business processes using NetSuite Exposure to integrations with CSV, API, or other data flows into and out of NetSuite Experience partnering software development, help desk, and cybersecurity teams in ensuring solutions are maintained, supported, and secure Clear and effective written and oral communication about challenging computer science concepts Experience in a distributed and remote based work environment Preferred Experience with the RF Smart tool inside of Netsuite Experience with the NetSuite Materials Requirement Planning Development experience with custom modules inside the NetSuite platform Flogistix
