Position : NetSuite Admin / Developer

Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST

Salary Range : 2,000-2,500 USD / month (the final salary will be determined by the candidate's level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Admin/Developer to support, maintain, and enhance our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, development, customization, and integration of NetSuite solutions to streamline business processes and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
  • Develop and customize NetSuite applications using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
  • Create and manage saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business operations.
  • Configure NetSuite modules, workflows, and custom records based on business needs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications via SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other API methods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by managing user roles, permissions, and system controls.
  • Stay updated with NetSuite updates, enhancements, and best practices to optimize system performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator/Developer.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Full understanding of NetSuite Scripts and workflows.
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and implement system improvements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with JavaScript, SQL, and other programming languages.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions and SaaS environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Prior experience in a similar industry or business domain.
