Through their work with students, they strive to help eliminate challenges such as access to incredible teachers and ways of tracking success.

The hiring company is currently looking for a Music Course Consultant to join the New
York Team. They are seeking positive, organized, enthusiastic, customer-centric and dependable Representatives who can provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of music products and services
• Responsible for daily updates of client information in database
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solving
• Other job duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Prior experience as a customer service representative in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Music background is strongly preferred
