Title - Municipal Relationship Manager position (Municipalitit and Permits expereince is required).
Location - Need to be in on job sites either Charlotte, NC OR Roch hill Area
Duration - long term contract
Pay rate - $35/hr to $40/hr on W2
* The successful candidate must possess a variety of skills including, but not limited to:
o Experience with Municipalities and ROW permitting processes
o Ability to understand ROW permitting standards and expectations
o Ability to form and maintain good relationships with municipalities on behalf of Client
o Become face of clients to municipalities in N and S Carolina
o Provide and document meeting engagements and planned experiences with each municipality
o Ability to understand agreements terms and conditions for multiple projects.
o Prepare and coordinate project documentation with key stakeholders.
o Ability to understand a technical industry and translate that to key stakeholders.
o Excellent communications to coordinate corporate messaging.
o Ability to plan and expedite corporate events.

Pay Range: $35 - $45
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
