Position Details
As a Multimedia Designer at SPOTIO, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and sales teams to develop and execute design concepts for various media, including digital, print, and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production : Video scripting, storyboarding, and creative, capturing and editing video footage and photography of major internal and external initiatives
- Concept Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and objectives. Create visual concepts and design solutions that align with SPOTIO’s brand identity and marketing goals.
- Graphic Creation : Design high-quality graphics for digital and print materials, including website assets, social media content, email campaigns, infographics, brochures, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency : Ensure that all design work adheres to SPOTIO’s brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all templates and materials.
- Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality. Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and address feedback.
- Trend Awareness : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience : 4+ years of professional graphic/Web Design, Video, and Digital experience
- Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design tools and platforms (Sketch, Figma, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Portfolio : A strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia design projects and demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and technical skills.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience in a B2B environment with SaaS experience
