Job Description

Our client is seeking a Mortgage Manger to:

• Oversee all aspects of the post-closing process for mortgage loans, ensuring accurate and timely completion of loan files, compliance with regulatory requirements, and efficient delivery to investors or government agencies.
• Responsible for Loan File Auditing/Quality Control/Compliance/Document Management; Investor Relations; Discrepancy Resolution; Reporting and Metrics; and Vendor Management
• Responsible for reviewing, auditing, and fulfilling post-closing tasks, ensuring adherence to investor guidelines and company policies.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing, mortgage fulfillment, or a similar role within the mortgage industry.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage regulations, investor guidelines, and industry best practices.
• 2+ years people management experience (vs): Proven leadership and team management experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in loan origination systems, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Experience

• Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, and conventional loan products
