Conduct audits to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Stay updated on regulatory changes and inform teams. Manage and guide a team of compliance professionals. Prepare reports for management and handle regulatory inquiries. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in mortgage compliance, with expertise in Fair Lending, CRA, HMDA, and ECOA. Proven leadership in managing compliance teams. Strong communication and independent work skills for remote settings. Preferred: CMCP certification or similar.
