RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for qualified Operators responsible for the safe and efficient operation of moderately complex and high speed machinery in the food production process.
This includes:
1. Operate and maintain mixing/blending equipment to produce high-quality products.
2. Monitor and adjust equipment settings to ensure optimal production efficiency.
3. Conduct quality control checks to ensure product consistency and conformity.
4. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
5. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
SKILLS:
1. Operating mixing/blending equipment (e.g., batch tanks, continuous blenders)
2. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
3. Communication and teamwork
4. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
5. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus regularly
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School Diploma or GED
-1 year production experience (in a food manufacturing environment preferred)
-MUST have reliable transportation, not transit accessible
SHIFT:
Must be able to work 12 hour shift from 6PM - 6AM on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. You'll have a 3 day weekend every other weekend!
