Junior to Mid level Ruby on Rails Engineer | Fully Remote | up to 65,000 Euro

A very innovative tech start up who are building a new AI platform are expanding and looking for strong Ruby on Rails Engineers, this is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Ruby developer to join an exciting company and play a massive part in their future.

Must-haves

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a back-end or full-stack software engineer - recent hands-on Ruby on Rails experience is essential
• Experience working in tech scale-ups or similarly agile, fast-paced environments
• Proven track record of building and maintaining large-scale products used by thousands of monthly users
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent English is a must
• Ownership mindset - you take responsibility and pride in what you build
• Practical, doer mentality - you know how to balance software craftsmanship with fast delivery
• User-centric approach - you care deeply about creating great user experiences
• Comfortable working on products that involve uncensored models and content (NSFW)
