This position is ideal for an attorney with 3+ years of patent prosecution experience, specializing in patent search and analysis, drafting and filing patent applications, and managing patent portfolios across various industries. Experience in mechanical, biomedical, and medical devices is a plus, though not required. Litigation experience is desirable but not essential.
