Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

About the Role

We are is seeking a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of advanced CRM solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze, design, build, and test CRM solutions. Additionally, you will provide support for CRM-related issues and ensure the successful resolution of business concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Development and Delivery

  • Design, develop, deploy, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, and views while developing standard and custom reports.
  • Develop web applications, APIs, console applications, and Windows services for CRM integration.
  • Ensure all technical solutions align with quality standards and business objectives.

Project Support and Documentation

  • Collaborate on technical solution design and project planning.
  • Complete all required documentation, including source code, technical specifications, and unit test results.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production rollouts by identifying and resolving defects.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze business needs and propose innovative CRM solutions to address challenges and drive profitability.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in Customer Service.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI development.
  • Proficiency in ASP.NET C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related web technologies.

Preferred

  • Experience in the shipping industry or a related domain.
  • Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
