Applications Development Analyst (C. Advanced) Location: 407 S Calhoun StTallahassee, FL 32399 Contract Position Job Summary: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer, you will design, develop, and implement solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable applications that enhance our CRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: - Development & Customization:
- Design and develop custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
- Customize entities, forms, views, and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Create and manage workflows, business rules, and plugins.
- Integration & Data Management:
- Implement integrations with other systems and services using APIs and middleware.
- Perform data migration and management tasks to ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 CE.
- Provide support to users and assist in training sessions as needed.
- Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Document development processes, system configurations, and user manuals.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
- Recommend enhancements and optimizations to improve system performance.
Qualifications: - Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
- Experience with C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
