Job Description
We are seeking to add a merchandising specialist to our Harbor Springs location. This person must have a friendly, outgoing personality and basic understanding of merchandising in a retail environment.

What to expect:
- Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
- Work with planograms and execute effectively.
- Merchandise endcaps.
- Ensure merchandising standards are being followed throughout the store.
- Work with inventory coordinator and freight room manager to make sure overstocked product gets onto the sales floor.
- Assist with executing monthly/weekly sales signage.
- Changing out sign kits for on sale items.
- Circulate the store and update price tags on the shelf.
- Provide a high level of customer service to customers looking for products.
- Merchandise seasonal areas of the store as the seasons change.
- You'll restock merchandise displays as needed.
- You'll help unload and put away incoming truck merchandise.
- Plan to be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
- You must lift up to 50 lbs.
