Our multidisciplinary team includes professionals in Speech, Occupational Therapy, Psychological testing and diagnosing, as well as Counseling, Behavioral Therapy, and Music and Art Therapy. This role offers the option of a W2 or contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Educate clients, families, and caregivers about mental health disorders and therapeutic strategies.
Develop, implement, and review personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies.
Communicate progress and current status to relevant parties, including caregivers, educators, and medical professionals.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
A valid state-issued professional counseling license is required.
Strong understanding of various mental health conditions, their causes, and treatment approaches.
Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using computers, Zoom, and healthcare EMR systems.
