Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies , has partnered with our client to hire a full-time medical receptionist working in Englewood. The position is working with a large medical group that offers extensive services through different stages of life. A summary of the responsibilities include:

Principle Duties:

• Greet patients and visitors, manage phone inquiries, and provide professional assistance.
• Schedule appointments, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure the completeness of medical information.
• Perform administrative tasks like data entry, registration, and maintain an organized reception area.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding, with excellent typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience in documentation review and clerical duties, with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for patient-facing roles.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this position starts at $21.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
