Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hampton Bays, NY, for a Medical Office Receptionist. The Medical Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting patients, managing incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying patient insurance, and maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk environment. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to ensure a positive patient experience through seamless front-office operations.
