We are seeking a Medical Office Staff Member to become a part of our team! You will perform routine Administrative and Clinical assignments to keep this top-rated medical facility running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle all front desk duties in a timely and professional manner
• Answer incoming phone calls/schedule patients
• Provide top quality patient care to each and every patient in all circumstances
• Assist Doctor with Clinical duties to help practice continue to perform in an outstanding manner
• Keep office clean at all times
• Maintain a positive working relationship with staff, bring your positive energy in to our office each and every day

​ Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years Medical Assistant experience and/or 2 years experience in healthcare administration, with a willingness to learn
• Strong Medical and HIPPA knowledge and compliance
• Impecable work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Provide 2 professional references and 2 personal character references describing your work ethic
