Our client, a leading meat company, is currently seeking an accomplished Meat Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Be responsible for all further processed operations which include production, planning, scheduling and employee training

2) Ensure proper product presentation and yield standards are met all times

3) Coordinate staffing issues to ensure maximum productivity

4) Review all SSOP, HACCP and GMP standards and procedures to guarantee product wholesomeness

5) Build a solid team of employees while keeping team spirit and moral up with open communication

6) Review all evaluations and hiring needs in the processing area

7) Work with all levels of management and the Sales Team to ensure the quality of product

8) Comply with the company's policies and procedures

9) Perform other task duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

2) Recent experience in the meat industry is strongly preferred

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in production management
