Full Time or Part Time MDS Coordinator (LPN or RN) needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility in the beautiful seaside town of Beverly, MA!

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified RN or LPN looking to join our family supportive environment!
- Current Nursing license in Massachusetts: RN or LPN
- Previous experience with geriatric patients is essential
- Must have a thorough knowledge of RAI process as it pertains to OBRA and Medicare regulations
- Strong organizational ability
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN) preferable; LPN will be considered
- Prior MDS Coordinator experience with PDPM
- Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting
- Demonstrated clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing
- Primary series of the COVID vaccination is required (or new bivalent vaccine or medical exemption)
