What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives for Retail, Digital, and Loyalty partners
- Provide marketing support to Strategic Relationship Management teams, including sales materials and presentations
- Maintain communication with clients and prioritize exceptional customer service
- Analyze and forecast marketing programs, highlighting successes and areas for optimization
- Collaborate with vendors on pricing and program execution as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, digital, and/or e-commerce marketing
- 2-5 years of experience working with financial institutions and retail clients
- Proven track record in developing launch strategies and go-to-market plans
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with familiarity in Allocadia and/or Workfront being a plus
