Work Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite/week, 2 days remote/week)

Compensation: $58-$60/hour on W2

Duration: 7-month contract (potential to extend or convert to FTE)

Hours/week: 40 hours a week; standard business hours Monday-Friday

Marketing Senior Analyst—Customer Lifecycle Marketing

The Lifecycle Marketing team sits in within Customer Marketing & Experience (part of the Marketing Growth and Innovation organization of Card Services, a key business within the Consumer Banking group.) The team is responsible for maximizing lifetime value by driving engagement and retention of our existing consumer credit card customers through strategies and marketing programs across key moments in a customers’ lifecycle.

The individual will support the execution of marketing strategies across owned channels (i.e., email, website, mobile app, etc.) to support customer engagement campaigns. In this role, you will be partnering closely with Product, Digital, Performance Marketing, Campaign Execution, Data & Analytics, and Creative Agency teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support creative development for campaigns
  • Flawless marketing execution across email, digital, and mobile channels
  • Manage timelines and deliverables for campaigns to ensure schedules are met
  • Partner across various stakeholders to support initiatives
  • Track, measure and report on performance of campaigns
  • Other responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of marketing experience required
  • Expert experience developing and deploying email campaigns required
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience in financial services a plus
  • This role is located in New York City (alternate location: Wilmington, DE) with a commitment until Nov. 2025.
