This position is based in MN. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to assist with NorthstarMLS marketing efforts, with a focus on subscriber engagement, website management, email marketing, content creation, and social media management. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and involves collaboration with the Customer Success Manager for in-person and virtual training and development events.
Responsibilities
· Contribute to and help implement the NorthstarMLS strategic marketing plan to enhance subscriber engagement and satisfaction.
· Demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to execute multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
· Create compelling digital, graphic and video content to showcase platform features, updates, and industry insights.
· Execute email marketing campaigns using the Mailchimp platform to effectively communicate and promote engagement within our user base.
· Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, with the goal of increasing followers and online engagement.
· Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager to plan and execute both in-person and virtual training and development events in the Twin Cites Metro and potentially at other NorthstarMLS subscriber locations.
· Represent NorthstarMLS at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, which may occur outside of regular working hours.
· Create and maintain digital assets including logos and other branded materials, website content, social media content and tradeshow and event materials.
· Manage website keeping it up to date with technology and security updates as well as fresh content.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate relevant real estate knowledge into marketing materials.
· Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and make informed decisions.
Qualifications
· Five(5) years of proven experience in marketing with a focus on subscriber engagement, content creation and social media management.
· Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Facebook, LinkedIn, X and Instagram social media management, YouTube and Mailchimp.
· Strong project management skills, including the ability to organize and execute subscriber events.
· Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work effectively with remote cross-functional teams.
· Real estate industry experience is a plus.
