Marketing Email Automation Specialist - Full-time

Job purpose

 

This role's focus is managing, maintaining, and improving the marketing email automation platform processes and procedures. They will work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute the organization's marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and continually evaluating these for improvements.
• Maintain Marketing Email Automation integration with CRM (Hubspot) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
• Drive the implementation of automated programs and email campaigns based on best practices.
• Analyze and optimize marketing performance to drive conversions
• Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommend areas for optimization and automation.
• Brainstorm and develop email and text marketing strategies and test their success and key metrics
• Plan and execute the development of new lead generation capabilities in Hubspot
• Build and test workflows in Hubspot to achieve the goal of the campaign.
• Collaborate with service line specialists to develop robust and targeted email campaigns that create and capture demand uniquely for each service line. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to determine future action plans based on campaign results.
• Coordinate with the content team to get the required content created.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to make sure campaigns and tasks are scheduled and executed on time. 

 

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience
• Process-driven experience managing email automation within Hubspot
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Must be driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy.
• Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player who is willing and able to “roll up their sleeves” to get a project done when needed.
• A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely. 

 

Pay rate

The salary for this role is $70,000.  

Working conditions

 

BELAY Corporate, as a virtual company, offers you the ability to work from home full-time. As such, a dedicated 

and secure workspace, free of distractions is required. Our standard business hours are Monday-Friday. Some roles will require travel.
