Marketing Coordinator

Contract-to-Hire | Dallas, TX | Onsite with Local Travel | $24-$28/HR

We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established, growing company in the industrial services space. This is a unique, hybrid role that combines digital marketing, content creation, CRM organization, and light administrative support. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and excited to be part of a company that values accountability, teamwork, and initiative.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing & Content Creation

• Manage and grow presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Capture and edit short-form video and photo content from various worksites
• Create internal newsletters and maintain a content calendar
• Develop creative assets using tools like Canva or Adobe

 

CRM & Communications Support

• Organize and maintain data in CRM and project tracking tools
• Assist with internal communications and reporting
• Coordinate with field teams to gather relevant project content

Field & Office Support

• Travel locally to job sites to document equipment and project highlights (company vehicle provided)
• Provide light administrative support: supply ordering, digital filing, and onboarding materials
• Maintain organized digital workflows and support internal tools like SharePoint

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of marketing experience with portfolio or content samples
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
• Familiarity with content planning, social media, and digital design
• Comfortable with a mix of office, field, and remote work
• Valid driver's license (required)
• Spanish language skills a plus (or willingness to use translation tools)
