Job Description

Location: Charlotte or Raleigh, NC preferred - Open to Remote

Industry: Cycling / Outdoor Recreation

Reports To: Marketing Manager

Overview:

Fidlock USA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong understanding of the cycling and outdoor industries. This role blends customer satisfaction, marketing operations, and content creation — supporting both B2C and B2B marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable wearing many hats, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and compelling brand stories.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the bike and/or outdoor industries is essential.
  • Experience in Static and Video Ad creation. Premiere Pro and Photoshop experience is essential. Figma experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, JudgeMe, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects with minimal oversight.
  • Must be highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated.
  • Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all communications align with Fidlock USA's branding guidelines.
  • Create high-quality photo and video content for both organic and paid campaigns.
  • Analyze social and digital ad metrics to optimize performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and recommend new strategies for engagement.
  • Support B2B marketing efforts with dealer outreach, email campaigns, and blog content.
  • Assist Fidlock Ambassadors with asset development.
  • Create marketing flyers for events and dealer communications.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by management.
  • Some travel may be required.

Customer Satisfaction Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries through Gorgias.
  • Catalog customer issues accurately to track and analyze trends in outreach.
  • Elevate recurring issues and trends to internal teams for resolution.
  • Manage and respond to product reviews and feedback (via platforms like JudgeMe).
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
