Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join a well-established insurance company in Irvine, CA. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will report to the Director of Marketing and play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our mortgage products and services. We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and optimize social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, across multiple sales channels, aligned with performance goals and target audience. Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages and foster a positive online community. Identify opportunities for engagement and collaborate with influencers or partners to expand reach. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Work closely with other departments to align social media content with overall marketing strategies and campaigns. Partner with SEO to develop content strategy and calendar, elevating organic search ranking and owning written content production. Create high-quality, engaging, and optimized content across various channels including but not limited to blog posts, email, websites, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media posts. Less than 20% of role. Assist the Director of Marketing with implementing the rollout of proprietary programs, with the planning and execution of trade show participation, and managing email campaigns and automation. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and enhance our approach. Administrative duties may be assigned to support other marketing channels.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C and B2B marketing communications or a similar role. Minimum of 3 years of experience with social and web content and WordPress. Knowledge & Experience with Salesforce and email automation platforms a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
