Marketing Assistant Job Summary
Stalmic Distributors is seeking a reliable, organized, and creative individual to join our team. We are looking for an individual who believes in and lives our core values. This position will require multitasking, organizational skills, prioritizing, and timeliness.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Assisting with external marketing efforts
Assisting with internal marketing efforts
Periodically attend trade shows (Stalmic will pay travel expenses)
Collaborating with leaders on projects
Collaborating with outside entities to ensure the accurate and timely completion of projects
Collaborating with the sales teams on projects
Understanding company products and brand
Creating and interpreting a variety of reports
General office duties
Organizing marketing research
Creating and analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
Working independently to complete tasks assigned
Attendance at meetings
Participating in company goals
Ensuring an organized workspace
Updating and managing spreadsheets
Soft data mining
Learning and working with different types of software/websites/etc
Giving presentations
Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
Assisting with other duties as assigned

Pay: Salary paid twice a month and based upon experience.
Full time position: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Computer experience
Attention to detail
Written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Previous administration, sales, or marketing experience is a plus
