Overview This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance. Responsibilities Campaign & Project Support: Assist with building and organizing client campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Mailchimp. Conduct keyword research and audience targeting. Upload creatives and verify campaign settings. Take notes in meetings and create task breakdowns. Content & Creative Tasks: Research competitors and gather inspiration for content. Format testimonials and client feedback for use in marketing materials. Help draft social captions and basic ad copy. Organize creative assets with the design team. Reporting & Optimization Help: Pull weekly performance data and KPIs. Format reports for client review. Track account deliverables and client check-ins. Client Support (Light Touch): Send reminder emails and upload deliverables to client portals. Tag internal team leads when client questions come up. Keep the CRM updated and clean. Admin & Operations Support: Help prep SOPs, checklists, and training materials. Assist in onboarding clients or new hires by organizing internal docs. Maintain clean naming conventions and folder systems. Weekly Expectations: Attend all internal meetings and team calls. Complete 100% of your assigned tasks in the project hub.
