Job Description

A leading entertainment studio has a need for a PR Coordinator/Admin who is looking to grow in a hands-on, multifaceted position. You’ll support our PR and marketing efforts, assist with vendor coordination, manage press materials, and collaborate cross-functionally on creative projects.

In this role, you’ll:

• Maintain and update press coverage trackers across business units and projects
• Pull relevant press quotes for internal and external use
• Upload press releases and assets to email marketing platforms and press approval portals
• Keep contact lists organized and updated across business verticals
• Manage calendars, press schedules, and key PR timelines
• Assist in drafting and formatting press materials like press releases and talking points
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed
• Work alongside the in-house Designer on marketing collateral, brochures, and trade show magazines
• Help post and schedule content across social media platforms

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of prior PR experience (agency or in-house)
• Background in entertainment PR is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bonus if you have experience with Adobe Illustrator , WordPress , or Feathr
• Familiarity with PR tools like Meltwater, Cision, or Muck Rack is a major plus
• A polished, professional work ethic with outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
