Job Description

Flexco is seeking high school seniorsor college students for positions in manufacturing. We have several fulltime, seasonal jobs and paid internships available. This is a great opportunity to gain experiencein shipping, receiving, assembly, packing products, picking orders, and operating machines. These are entry-level positions; on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Requirements:

1. Able to work Monday - Friday; First Shift of either6:30am - 3:00pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm, depending on the department.
2. Some jobs require that you must be 18 years old. Seventeen-year-old high school seniors may be considered for some positions. If you have graduated high school, you must be currently attending college or enrolled for fall 2024.
3. Any prior work experience desired. Experience in manufacturing a plus.
4. Physical requirements include being able to lift 20-50 lbs. floor to waist and standing all day.

Position Responsibilities May Include:

1. Load/move/inspect parts or raw materials
2. Pack and transfer finished goods
3. Sort and pack sub-assembly units
4. Machine operating

Position Details:

1. Starting wage is very competitive.
2. May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.
