We’re seeking a Manufacturing Operator – Layup to work at a premier aerospace manufacturer in Sumner, WA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. • Weekend shift: $18-$19/hr, working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6am to 6:30pm
• 2nd shift: $19.80/hr, working 3:00pm-1:30am, Mon-Thurs

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Operator – Layup? You’ll be:
• Assembling airplane components by laying composites and materials onto molds and into place.
• Following work instructions to ensure the quality of the product.
• Working with shop tools and equipment to complete layup, using multiple pieces and tools.
• Placing components accurately and oriented correctly, quickly spotting and addressing flaws in raw material.
• Performing finish assembly processes to mass-produce commercial aircraft composite products.
• Completing sanding, cleaning, and preparing parts for the appropriate next step in the production process.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have good hand dexterity and coordination.
• Are able to lift and move material weighing 10-40lbs.
• Can keep track of various parts and job orders and manage time spent on different tasks.
