Company Overview

Our Client is looking to add a Health & Safety Manager to their team. This is an opportunity to work with one of the largest national packaging companies in their field. This position requires fully on-site work and is located in South Carolina.

• Identify, manage and audit the systems required to limit risk factors leading to safety incidents and compliance issues
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local safety regulations
  
  
• Analyst injury/incident data for trends
  
  
• Investigate issues and recommend improvements
  
  
  

  Requirements:

  
  
  
  • BS degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety Management or Environmental Safety
    
    
  • 5+ years of health and safety leadership
    
    
  • Thorough understanding of OSHA and Workers' Compensation regulations
    
    
  • Regulatory reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
