We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Birmingham, AL. This is an entry-level leadership development role designed to provide a strong foundation in management practices and prepare you for future leadership positions within our company. You will gain exposure to various departments, receive hands-on training, and work directly with senior leaders.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured training program covering key aspects of business operations
Rotate through multiple departments to understand cross-functional processes
Assist managers with planning, coordinating, and executing operational strategies
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making
Contribute to team projects and initiatives aimed at business improvement
Provide feedback and suggestions for process enhancements
Demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to company values
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

No prior management experience required; training will be provided
