In this role, you’ll be responsible for apartment turns, on-site maintenance requests, and preventive maintenance, ensuring our community continues to be a great place to live.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $22 - $26 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Your Day-to-Day:

• Complete work orders efficiently and prioritize tasks
• Turn apartments for new residents (Make Ready)
• Interior and exterior painting and staining
• HVAC repairs and maintenance
• Plumbing and electrical work, including outlets, switches, and light fixtures
• Preventive maintenance and upkeep of property grounds
• Keep the maintenance shop and work areas clean and organized
• Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation with the team

What We Need from You:

• 1+ years of maintenance experience
• HVAC Certification and EPA License 
• CPO Certification – Preferred
• Drywall, painting, and carpentry skills
• Working knowledge of:
  • Plumbing (including sweating copper pipe)
  • Electrical repairs (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
  • Appliance diagnosis and repair (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, garbage disposals)
  • Water heaters (electric and gas)

Note: A physical demonstration of your ability to complete basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
