Lumark Technologies, Inc . (), founded in 1999, is a mature small business that provides services to Defense, Federal and Commercial clients.  Lumark has an exciting job opportunity for a  Maintenance Technician to join our team in support of the  United States Navy (USN) Military Sealift Command (MSC) team onsite – this is an IMMEDIATE OPENING on an ACTIVE CONTRACT through 2029 .

Duties

• General maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, plastering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, and machinery.
• Facilities preventative maintenance, repair, removal, disposal, and general upkeep.
• Tools, inventory management & job tracking.
• Building and facility inspections.
• Specialized facilities maintenance work including carpentry, painting, roofing, and welding.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Currently hold or have recently held at minimum a DoD Secret Clearance
• Must currently reside in or near San Diego, CA and be able to commute to the MSC work location.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience

Physical Requirements
