**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of all machinery, equipment, and facilities.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
- Attention to detail

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, basic electrical repairs, plumbing, etc.
- Repair machinery and equipment when needed
- Diagnose mechanical issues and come up with solutions
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
