Job Title:   Maintenance Manager

Salary:  $55,000 - $70,000

Schedule::   Full Time | 40 Hours per Week

Location:   Waconia, MN

Nagel Assisted Living, located in the heart of downtown Waconia, MN, is housed in the former Nagel Hospital which opened in 1940. This historic building, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, has been freshly renovated to preserve its historic charm while incorporating modern amenities. Our community is designed to evoke nostalgia for our residents, blending the elegance of the past with the comfort and convenience of our newly constructed memory care and community living areas.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our historic facility, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance work, including repairs and upkeep of the facility.
  
• Oversee and participate in installation and remodeling projects to enhance the community's functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  
• Ensure cleanliness of all facility rooms and common areas, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up rooms for various events and activities.
  
• Perform snow removal to ensure resident and staff safety during winter months.
  
• Maintain the community lawn, keeping it well-manicured and inviting.
  

Qualifications:

• Strong track record of facilities and building maintenance with growth and tenure clearly shown.
  
• A dedicated passion for working with seniors and a commitment to maintaining their home environment.
  
• Strong communication and judgment skills to effectively interact with residents, staff, and contractors.
  
• Adherence to client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
