Job Overview Blasy Electric, Inc. is seeking two skilled, licensed Maintenance Electrician to join our award-winning team. We are looking for well-rounded, knowledgeable electricians with strong leadership qualities and a team-player mentality. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality electrical services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate is confident in their abilities, understands the latest National Electrical Code (NEC), can read electrical prints/specifications, and takes pride in their work and personal integrity.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Read and interpret electrical prints, blueprints, and specifications.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Lead job site activities when needed and provide on-the-job training to apprentice electricians.
- Maintain a high level of safety awareness and follow all safety procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Accurately document project details and submit required reports as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications - Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician - State of Michigan required.
- 10+ years of experience preferred in the electrical trade.
- Strong understanding of the current National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical prints and specifications.
- Proven leadership ability with a passion for mentoring apprentices.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- High level of personal integrity, trustworthiness, and pride in workmanship.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
