Join Our Team: Maintenance and HVAC Specialist

At Senior Star , we take pride in creating a beautiful and safe environment for our residents and associates. We’re looking for a dedicated Maintenance and HVAC Specialist who values teamwork, enjoys serving those in their retirement years, and is passionate about making a difference.

What We’re Looking For:

1. HVAC Certification is required.
2. At least 5 years of professional maintenance experience , including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
4. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.

What You’ll Do:

1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
3. Complete work orders and document tasks to maintain an organized workflow.
4. Participate in a weekend on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule outside of on-call duties.
