Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Position Overview:
Full-time | MondayFriday | 9:30 AM 6:00 PM CST
13-week+ contract, 40 hours per week
Located in La Vergne, TN
No nights, weekends, or on-call
What You'll Do:
Execute PV1 and PV2 pharmacist verification functions
Perform final checks on medications and prescriptions
Ensure accuracy of medication contents, directions, and documentation
Support a team handling ~1,000 prescriptions daily
Work within WellSky (order entry system) no automation involved
What You Need:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist License (required)
Experience in high-volume mail-order or specialty pharmacy environments
Meticulous attention to detail and strong verification skills
