Job Description
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Join a fast-paced renal specialty pharmacy in La Vergne, Tennessee as a Contract Staff Pharmacist on a 13+ week assignment . This is a full-time day shift role, Monday through Friday, from 9:30 AM 6:00 PM CST .
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Pharmacist Verification 1 (PV1) and Pharmacist Verification 2 (PV2)
Final verification of prescriptions
Ensure accuracy of medication, labeling, and instructions
Verify prescription data against hard copies
Requirements:
Active Tennessee Pharmacist license
Prior experience in mail order, specialty, or high-volume pharmacy
Strong attention to detail and verification accuracy
Familiarity with Wellsky software preferred
No on-call duties. Immediate start available.
